That particular file, the KeySoft.blk (whose extension you don't see when viewing the file with the BN) file in the root directory of the Flash Disk contains the contents of the clipboard. Therefore, it won't contain your deleted text. Sorry about that.
However, for future reference, I did see your other post asking how to get to the root directory of the Flash Disk; what you would do is select the Flash Disk drive, and, at the "Folder Name?" prompt, type the word "none" (without the quotes). If in Directory Tree View, it would simply be a /. To get to the root directory of any drive, for that matter, you would do the same thing with the exception of selecting the appropriate drive at the "Drive?" prompt. In the case of the .blk file, it will only appear in the "All Files" view, so you would have to press [SPACE with X], [READ with X] from the "List of All Documents" view until you reached the "List of All Files" view, at which point the file would display in the list.
