Hi All,

I'm happy to report that I sorted out my wireless connection setup problems.
It turns out that the BN32 ks6.11 software expects your router to be using
wep key number1. I have configured my router to use WEP 64bit encryption
which gives one 4 keys that can be used. Of course you only have to use one
key but the choice is there out of 4 keys as I mentioned. I had my router
set to use Wep key number4. That worked well for the other computers but
not the BN it seems. I wish Humanware would actually state in their docs
that one should use the first WEP key if they have 4 keys to choose from. .
Not everyone is as technically minded as I am to muck around and experiment
with these things especially routers. Oh yes, and it's all working with the
wireless access list and that. It'd be nice if there was a program or a
function in the software which could query your wireless card for the
physical mac address etc. It'd save one having to use an ocr program to
scan ones wireless card. The pac mate being a conventional pocket pc as it
were can run third party apps which allows for this. Oh well.
