Hopefully this will be improved in the next version of keysoft that is going to
be released. Here's the problem I'm having.
I cleared the history on my browser, cleared cookies, freed database space in
email and deleted temporary files in my browser. Okay all I want to do is make
an online payment for my student loan. I fill out the banking information okay
and then it tells me to proceed. I hit that link and the BN shows 0 percent on
the downloading bar. It doesn't freeze because I can still get out of the
Internet site okay. I have given it at least ten minutes to download and it
stays on 0 percent. I guess I will have to pay at least $30 to overnight the
payment to the States. Oh well life has expensive lessons. As usual I thought
the BN was capable of doing something this simple. I really didn't have
confidence that it would work well with the Web page but once it got me logged
in and took my bank information I thought I was okay. For those who want to
frustrate themselves and have the time the Web address is
www.dl.ed.gov
You have to have an account with the student loans people to get anything done
on the Web page. I know there are other payment options available but I don't
have time for those right now. I know this is my fault waiting like this but
like usual I counted on the BN to help me out. Oh well I guess life is about
learning lessons. I just wish they didn't have to be expensive.
Thanks for your help and your time. I tried downloading that particular page
at least three times and got the same results.
