Allison,

It's not time to get frustrated yet. Many of us have received KeySoft 5.1 on a
CF card in the mail, it's completely normal. As far as I know, there is not
one single solitary person who has received 6.1. This should start happening
next week at the soonest, according to Jonathan. You did *NOT* get the wrong
version, there has been no mistake. When you get 6.1, there will be
step-by-step instructions, both in Braille and on the CF card. I'm sure we
will all be flooding the list with questions and concerns when our upgrades
arrive.

HTH

Sarah

Subject: [Braillenote] Frustration!

Hi Listers,After talking with tech support, we figured out that they sent me a
CF card of 5.1 instead of 6.1. Talk about frustrated! I'd still appreciate
step-by-step instructions about how to install, or the URL where it's given.
It sure would be nice to have some Braiile documentation which Jonathan's
e-mail said would be with the CF card. Of course it would have been nice to
get the right one in the first place.
