Dear List and Josh, During last week you sent a message, wishing for a feature to browse through the address book when looking up addresses when sending email and not to type in everything you look for. I've discovered per chance, that such a feature already exists:
When on the selection list for address list, go down to the first or last name prompt and press enter. It will say x records selected, do you want to send to all selected recipients? where x is the number of records in your address list. There you can browse through your whole address list. If you press enter again, it will send to everyone in your address list. Regards Riana
