If I know what I'm talking about, the alarm goes off even when your BN is off.  
That's the wonderful part about it.  You can get it to wake up the house in the 
morning without even having it on--grin! I'm not sure what you meant about your 
sisters, though.  Anyway, good to hear you out here, I wondered where you went.
