Hi Jeff & Isaac, thanks.  Toshiba is now offering a 6GB card at $285 on 
YahooShops.
With shipping this comes to some £155 for a 6GB card as opposed to £210 (plus 
P&P) for a 5GB card bought from some UK suppliers.

I'll have another look around though.
