Hi Chuck:

No, there is no "save target as" function on the bn. You are following the
procedure correctly by pressing enter on the volume to open the web page.
When the page is open, press space with s (Control with s) to save the file.
Select a drive and a folder, and press enter. Voila, you have yourself a
volume of saved web braille.
