Frank, I asked this about a week ago. This is a known situation, and is
mentioned in the readme for 6.1. Apparently all the files that can be
deleted are deleted, but there's one that's created whenever you use KeWeb
that can't be deleted, and that's apparently what's meant by the directory
not being empty. It really does clear out the temp files.
