Hi Tina,
This exact same thing happened to me a while ago, and the only thing I could 
do was to download version 5.1 of KeySoft and re-install it.  I used my PC 
to download the file, then I put it on my CompactFlash card and installed it 
from the utilities menu.  From the main menu, pres u, then space until you 
see Application Program, then press enter.  It will ask you where the 
program is and you select whatever location you saved it in.  After that, 
just follow the prompts.  I hope this helps.  Don't hesitate to ask if you
