Tina, I changed the subject to be relevant. This is a Windows CE error, not with KeySoft. It seems to happen both when a CF card is plugged in and when not because CE may still have thought one was present. Yes, try the resets. Remember that the [dots 1-2-3], [S-D-F keys] reset returns the unit to the version of KeySoft in ROM, and you will have to do a Simple reset for the version on the Flash Disk to run again. However, as a precaution:
1) Don't leave the CF card inserted, especially when you're not using it. 2) Don't plug in the card before turning the unit on. 3) If you have been using the unit a lot, do a simple Reset before using the CF card. Remember to return to the Main Menu before resetting to prevent any open and unsaved work from being lost.
