1.  Just a quick addition to Rhonda's explanation, before pressing BACKSPACE 
with dots 2-5 to delete the name, make sure you've pressed SPACE with dots 1-3 
to move to the beginning of the field.  On the < sign, you'll either have to 
press SPACE with dots 3-6 to delete the current character or move one character 
to the right with SPACE with dot 6 before hitting BACKSPACE because the cursor 
will actually be on the < sign when you delete the name, so you can't just hit 
BACKSPACE.

2) Because there isn't program integration on the BN, you can't simply click on 
a link in an e-mail.  What you must do is copy the entire link via the Block 
Commands Menu, switch to KeyWeb, press ENTER with O to get to the Address Bar 
if you're not taken there immediately, press BACKSPACE with V to paste in the 
first line of the clipboard, and hit ENTER.
