Dot 5 is the "quote", produced on a PC with SHIFT+APOSTROPHE, and there's no 
difference between "quote" and "double quote",.  The BN will always read 
"quote" as "double quote".  Use dot 5, as it will still register as what you 
would produce when pressing SHIFT+APOSTROPHE on your laptop.
