Hello List. I just received KeySoft 6.11 build 26 in the mail. I was please and installed it immediately. I was displeased to find that the speech was muffled, and lower than Keysoft 5.1 build 22. The speech sounds even worse when plugged into head phones. My wife has the same problem. I spoke with support, and they suggested deleting the keysoft.ksd file in the dictionary folder then resetting the unit with no keys held down. I did that with no change in the speech quality.
