John,

It will all depend on what Bluetooth service(s) your PC makes available to a
client device such as the PK. For example, mine offers Modem and ActiveSync.
Once you have established a Bluetooth partnership with the PK, you'll get a
list of services which are available to it and you can then choose which one
to use. Note that if you want to use ActiveSync, you'll first need to
determine from the properties which virtual com port has been assigned for
that service. Personally for ActiveSync stuff, I reckon you can't beat
Ethernet for reliability and speed, don't know what others find! Hth.

Paul.

Subject: [Braillenote] bluetooth

Hi List,
Leslie, I get the same problem with the pk trying to use bluetooth.
I can use it with my mobile phone and gps receiver.
I cannot use it with my pc at all. I can connect my mobile phone to my pc
so it's not the pc just wondering if it's a bug in the pk software.
I understand that another version of the pk software should be out soon so
maybe things eill become more clear when this happens.
