All of the calculator's functions are listed in the help menus - press 
help to begin.  With regards specifically to fractions, if that is what 
you meant, the calculator does support bod maths and uses operators in 
correct priority, so fractions can be expressed as ratios in parentheses.  
If, for instance, you wanted to add a quarter and a half, here's how:
(1/4)+(1/2)
The result is 0.75.

It isn't a scientific calculator per se, more a normal calculator on some 
potent stimulus.  PulseData have indicated that it will improve, however.
