Hi Mary Ellen, If you'd like to send email without downloading email first, simply exit from the inbox, and then attempt to exit keymail. You will be prompted, "you have (number) of email in the outbox. Send now?" Answer yes, and you will be connected only to your smtp server, and not your pop server.
