Hi, tonight I was trying to move some MP3's over to my voice note using active Sink but when I went to the voice note to see what had been moved I was in a word document and when I tried to go to the main menu using the menu key I got a message that said something about choosing another drive, sorry I can't remember it all but that was the last bit. But then I tried to use the arrows to see some choices but I couldn't do anything, I tried a few other buttons but no luck.
Then I did a simple reset with nothing happening, then a fds reset but still nothing, then I did a jkl reset and finally I got back to keysoft version 3 point something which is what I must have in rom. I went through the set up and got to the main menu then I did a simple reset again and got 3 point something again and had to go through most of the set up again. When I got to the main menu again I did another simple reset and finally got back to version 5.1 Now I have to set up my partnership again for the second time today. I'm not sure how I lost it the first time but I think when I was trying to ply a MP3 the voice note jammed up and I couldn't get it working with a simple reset so I had to do a fds reset. Does anybody have any ideas what might have happened? Sorry I couldn't give any more information about the error but when I had it I was more concerned on getting the voice note working again to take note of the error. Thanks for any help, >From Shaz.
