Hello, Mary Ellen,
Don't give up just because it balks a little at first. There is some place where you can tell your computer what speed you can download at. Be sure that is set right. With me, it takes several tries when I am using my 56 K modem.

I guys!
I have no high speed internet at present and when I went tosee if the new books had been downloaded on web braille I got a `navigation canseled.` So, I went into my favorites folder and simply picked an addres at randome and Her is what I heard `na` and the braille display went totally blank. It didn't even give me the depressed cells which you get when the machine is off. I don't know whether I will be able to get high speed for the rest of the time I am here so I would like some ideas as to what is happening here because it definitely looks as if the Braille Note is again stepping up to the plate for the long haul.
Thank you for reading.
Mary Ellen Earls
