Hi Richie, You're almost there. You cut or copy the file to the clipboard from the folder on the pc as you mentioned.
Next, go to "my computer" and hit enter. Look for an item in there called "mobile devices" and hit enter on it. You will then see something called "my handheld pc". Select it and hit enter. You should then see a list of drives on your braillenote. Select the one you want, probably either flash disk or maybe storage card if you have one. Once you select the drive, locate the folder where you want the keysoft file to go. I chose downloads, but you can really choose whichever you want. Next, hit enter on that folder. Finally, do a paste command (control v) to paste the keysoft file from yoour pc clipboard into the folder on the bn. You should be able to install it form there. Hope this is clear.
