Hi, Josh! Remember, a lot of the files you are seeing, like the one you pointed out below, are for other PDA's that run like pc's. They cannot be run by the BN! Maybe in the future the BN can utilize some of it, but not now. And before you ask, the files are there because they are part of the Microsoft Windows Ce upgrade. Even with Windows CE 2.12, there was files unused by the BN!
