I have looked at the calculator in the Braille Note very closely and have not been able to find a function which will handle fractions in the manner that you are asking about. I know that the Braille Lite does that, but unless I am horribly mistaken and have missed something, I think the Braille Note calculator will not do that. One would have to convert fractions to decimals and then perform the arithmetic function of choice after that.

Hi Gang,

I apologize for reposting this message. I couldn't get to my messages on time
after posting and by the time I checked, there were well over a thousand
messages and I didn't have the patience to go through each one!

My question is:

Is it possible to work out fraction-related problems using the "Scientific
Calculator" that comes with BrailleNote?

Say for example: 1 over 2 plus 1 over 2.

Thanks for your responses.
