My name is vy pham. I am a new member on this list. Just recently, I am having a couple problems with my braillenote. the most important problem is that I've lost all the files and folders that I've been created in to my braillenote. I did try to hit the reset button a few time, but it wouldn't do anything. Can someone please give me some other suggestions, besides hitting the reset key, so I can restore my files and folders? the second problem that I'm having is with the thumb key. For some reason, I can't use them anymore. I've gone in to the obtions menue, and made sure that the key obtion is on, but still, no luck! Last but not least, when I tried to type the words in the document I've created, it would turn out to be like garbage stuff, so I couldn't even read what I've written. And the last problem I am having difficulty with is try to create a regular braille document instead of a text document. I've read the manual on how to do this. I did try hitting the letter x with the space bar to go through the list of different file types. I did choose the braille file obtion, but it still turned out to be a text document, whitch is not what I want to have. I did contact Pulsedata technical support couple days ago, but I haven't heard from anybody. Can someone out there please, please help??? My classes for the Spring Semester will start next week, and I don't want to be stuck with these problems forever! Thanks in advance! Vy Pham
