I would definitely not recommend deleting your /keymail/attachments subfolder.  
Doing so will erase all attachments you have stored there.  Also, I'm not sure 
keymail will automatically create this folder the next time an email with an 
attachment is received, and I'm not sure that manually creating this subfolder 
would get the correct results.  I suppose I could test this, and I probably 
will, but I don't think that deleting this subfolder could really lead to good 
results.  You would either damage keymail in some way or else need to go 
through the steps of recreating the folder the next time you wanted to receive 
a message with an attachment.
