the formatting is all well and good in word documents like keyword i mean,
but what about in the user guide?
i cant get rid of format markers there

You said to press the outer keys. I would like to point out people may
have
their thumb keys custom set. Mine are set so the previous and next are
inner keys and the back and advanced are outer keys. That's why it's best
to refer to the keys by their names instead of by their position.
