Yes, I have this happening with my BN 32 with 5.1 and the latest build.

The e-mail count really gets inacurate if you halt, and then restart the 
downloading of messages.

As far as e-mail messages actually not getting down to the BN, that is 
something that must be tested.  If you have a PC, say at work, then you could 
subscribe to the list from work.  YOU could compare the number of list e-mails 
received at work, to the number of list e-mails received on your BN.  If the 
numbers do not match, that would be a problem.
