Hi, Sharon: My guess is that since you've started the downloading twice, it's making too much information--more than your flash disk can hold. Look at information in your flash disk. I've not tried downloading from a pc. I do know, that going straight into the bn, you can go back to the 5.0 version, let it download all the way, then, if you want 5.1, upgrade. I just think at this time, you have duplicates. hth
