I got my unit last August. This is the second unit. The first one I had for
about a week when the keyboard faled so it was replaced with another one.
This is the first problem I've had with this unit.

but with absolutely every portable device I've had like the bn or braille
lite they've all had problems more than once but I think I've finally
learned to back up my data so, how would I do that? What files should I
copy in the planner and phone book to copy the necessary data in case of
problems.
