Regarding a list for the PK specifically, if memory serves, the folks at Humanware stated they want to keep all the BN family members, including the PK, on the same list. And, speaking just for myself, I do enjoy hearing about the other members of the BN family, even though I do have the PK. I might even try to buy a used VoiceNote at some point, just to understand more about that particular member, especially seeing as it is set to still have a promising future.
As for the wireless problems, I do believe it is more of an issue of we just not knowing how to configure our devices. Me, yes, grin, I did have a bit of trouble at first, too. For, in the SSID name, I had an apostrophe, and the PK didn't like that. It worked fine as a part of the SSID on my other note taker and computers, but not the PK. So, when I took it out of the SSID name, then all was well with the PK and wireless, too. ----- Original Message ----- From: "meearls" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, May 21, 2005 12:46 AM Subject: [Braillenote] Wireless Messes: Can someone please tell me, are all of these problems with connecting wirelessly with the Braille Note Classic or are you pk owners having problems too? Is there a Pk list? This is really scaring me off. Mary Ellen Earls Remember!
