Hi,

Actually I got even worse than that. I got the dreaded "Can't run this
version of Keysoft" message and then it asked me for a product key.
However, thanks to the excellent help from Ramona Mandy of Pulse Data
Australia I managed to fix it by doing a jkl reset on my qwerty version of
the BN. It was a bit of a bugger though as I thought the BN was really
screwed and that I'd have to wait until after the weekend to get a product
key. As I mentioned, this wasn't necessary in the end. Thank god!

Subject: [Braillenote] can't run this version of keysoft?

Can anyone tell me why all of a sudden I'm getting this error, "can't run
this version of keysoft. I've gotten it three times in the last three days
which seems most unusual. When I do a reset things seem fine but I don't
understand why this is suddenly happening. Thanks.
