Try resetting the unit and make sure the right version of keysoft is
running. Did you back up your files?

Hi listers,
I just got my braillenote BT back today from being serviced, and I'm
missing several folders; along with their subsiquent files. I contacted
tech support; who pretty much said that it looked like my flash disk had not
been accessed; that they didn't access my flash disk - having no reason to.
Several of these folders still exist with all of their corosponding files.
I have also looked in the "none" folder on the flash disk and the keysoft
disk, and found nothing. I also tried typing in the original folder name
only to be told that it didn't exist. Any suggestions would be helpfull.
