Hello Gery,

Once you're connected to ActiveSync, you should be able to use Windows
Explorer to copy files to the BrailleNote. You will find that the
BrailleNote appears under "mobile devices" and hat if files or folders
aren't copied under flashdisk, they will be saved to the KeySoft system
disk.

If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Subject: [Braillenote] braillenote BT 18 active sync and transferring files

Let me begin by introducing myself. My name is Gery Gaubert and I live in
Louisiana. I am currently training a high school student on the use of the
braillenote. While I understand the basic operations I am having some
problems figuring out the transfer of files to and from the braillenote. I
installed active sync and it appears to work, however when I hit the alt key
on the computer not all options are available. Any discussion on this would
be appreciated. .
