Hi Rhonda,

What you'll probably find is that the BrailleNote went into hibernation mode
during the upgrade.  The upgrade should still continue normally and if
everything is working as expected, there should not be a need to reinstall.

However, should you wish to do this, you can insert the CF card and a 45
reset should work.

    Sorry to ask this question again.  If you have installed 6.1, is it
possible to reinstall it?  I ask, because of a comment made yesterday.  If
part of 5.1 didn't delete, would it make a difference?  I ask this, because
when Linda from New York installed, it shut off for about ten minutes
halfway through the upgrade.  She did press dot 4 with the Spacebar, and it
started beeping again.  I'd really like to help her, because she really
can't afford to send it in.  Thanks.  I know I keep asking these questions.
