Hi Nadia, two things come to mind. Firstly, make sure that your "modem to use" setting in the Directory of Services entry is set to Hayes Compatible on Infra-red. Secondly, make sure the infra-red port is turned on in the Nokia. On some Nokia phones, there are two infra-red options, one is just called infra-red, the other is called modem.
