If I understand you just want to have a list of appointments with there time, 
location, and date? If so the planner feature  should work well, you can set 
audible alarms at a specifyed number of minutes or hours before the time, of 
the apoitnemt, and you can set apointment length. Also you can view your next 
apointment before it comes up through the options menu. Hope this helps

Hi all,
I have first good news on my braille note  voice note and now a braille 
note again. I understand I will receive my braille note in the morning and 
all is well. The water had damaged one of the back plates which had to be 
replaced.
now the important bit.
I used to use a program called memorymate that ran in dos to do my piano 
tunings. I know this database bit has been talked about on the list but I 
wonder if anyone has any ideas on using the braille note for a piano tuner 
database. One important point is having a reminder date for your next 
tuning. look forward to the replys.
