If I understand you just want to have a list of appointments with there time, location, and date? If so the planner feature should work well, you can set audible alarms at a specifyed number of minutes or hours before the time, of the apoitnemt, and you can set apointment length. Also you can view your next apointment before it comes up through the options menu. Hope this helps
