Hello Josh,

The only thing that is different about the databases in the upgrade is the fact that Microsoft have changed the format of the CDB files in Windows CE 4.2. Therefore, what we do in the upgrade is automatically export your databases and then import them in the new format once the upgrade process has finished running.

As far as room on the flash disk is concerned, I can't give you exact stats but I think you'll find that you'll have as much room (if not a little less) than what you would now if you were to delete KeySoft from the flashdisk and only run it from ROM.

Subject: [Braillenote] system files in Keysoft 6.1 and the new Windows

How much more room will we have in the new braillenote update on the flash disk for files? Also, will a lot of the database files for example, email, address list, and planner be more like a standard Windows XP Database file?

Josh
