you're correct.
One thing regarding the manual. I have it in text and I use a program called Readit ad this is designed to search for certain phrases. sometimes it's a matter of how you phrase your query that determines whether you get the answer you want/need. for example I was searching for information on how to do an appointment. I had to read a pretty good bit of information to find what I wanted. but having the word appointment in there helped a lot. If that word wasn't in there, I would've had to read much more.

In addition to the above comment, I'd also like to say that there's never an
excuse for rudeness. We were all new to the VoiceNote and BrailleNote at one
time. This list is designed for VN/BN novice and advanced users alike to ask
questions without fear of being flamed by people who don't want to help.
