Hi, here are the differences.
Pk is much smaller, has a quieter keyboard, bluetooth, usb slave, no
infrared, no built-in modem, one cf card slot, good stereo output for
headphones and a joystick for navigation. It's "battery gauge" does not tell
you the charging progress and you can't print or emboss with the pk. When
the alarm in the planner wakes the pk up, the unit will not switch off if
left unattended.

Subject: [Braillenote] Questions about PK as compared to BN with
BrailleKeyboard
Dear all,
I am wondering how the two different types of note-takers compare with one
another. What does the PK do that the BN does not and visaversa, and for
those of you who seem to have both, do you use each in different
circumstances?
The PK comes with BlueTooth, is that right?
Does that make it a more effective tool for using with the GPS system(s),
and does that allow for streaming audio from the web?
Does the PK come with a qwerty keyboard, or only a braille keyboard?
How many cells is the braille display?
Do both allow for wireless connectivity?
Thanks for your help and information.
Penny
