Jonathan, I haven't really done any major development but have done some compiling and script work under linux. I am currently in the process of getting a computer Science degree at Memorial University of Newfoundland so I will be interested in developing some software for the Braillenote Family when the platform is opened up. This could be an exciting time for the BrailleNote products. What I would be interested in knowing will development be done on the actual devices directly or will we be using a software kit which runs under something like Windows XP?

Doug, that's a good question and at this stage I don't have an answer. Are
you a developer yourself? I'd like to consult with some developers when we
get closer to the time to make sure we do this thing right.
