I have a friend who'd like one too. She just doesn't learn anything unless
she reads it in braille. I know, I just spent two weeks trying to teach her
to look for the answers on her braille note and on her new PC, where I had
written very detailed step by step instructions for doing many things. But
she still writes things down in braille, which is ok. She'd really like to
have the full manual in braille.

Subject: [Braillenote] braille manual

Hi guys,,,,
If anyone has a braille manual for the braillenote that they'd like to
part with for a reasonable price, I may be interested. I don't mean those
single volume manuals that come with your unit. I mean the six or seven
volume manual that PDI sells for $100 plus $20 for shipping. I honestly
don't understand why they can't send it free matter for the blind. I don't
think it's fair for us to have to pay an extra $20 for something when we
have mailing priveleges. <sigh>
thanks.
Isaac
