Hi John, In Outlook, go to current view in the view pull-down, then to all active. That should do it I think. HTH. Alan Mattison

I had both my outlook calendar and contacts synced and working well on my old computer. Since getting my new computer in October my contacts sync and read fine but my calendar items do not. I think they have all synced but only six of the 37 items in my Braille Note will read on my PC up to the current day. I have several items on my Braille Note planner which either have not synced with my Pc or are not visible until that date is upon us. They are not visible on the screen with JAWS or to my sighted girlfriend. In emailing Dean Jackson, he thinks it is an Outlook setting but can't tell me how to adjust it so that all calendar items are visible. I'm hoping that someone on the list will have an answer.
