I got to look at my frien'd brailleNote that she got over the weekend. The Braille display was different--I can't explain how, it just ... was. LIke it wasmuch more clear and sharp than mine. Then again, mine is 4 years old or so. Maybe three. Whatever. The other odd thing I noticed about it was the cursor routing keys. I flipped out at first. I thought I was looking at a bunch of braille dots on the top--like an extra display. That will take some getting used to should I ever get a second BN. But hey, other than that, the machine seemed lighter (then again, it is an 18-cell model) and overall worked relaly well. Oh yeah, I loved the case! I have to get a new one soon anyhow--maybe it'll be like that one. A suggestion on those cases, though. Why not put snaps in place instead of the velcro? Hers had snaps and velcro on the back ... but why not just replace all the velcro with snaps or something? It would save m e having to comb out the velcro ever ycouple of days because of my cats. Just a thought.
