1) This is a useful little trick! On the BT, you type dot 4, followed by dots 
3-4 for the slash.

2) If you're at a "List of Subdirectories/Files" prompt, you would press SPACE 
with E to get to the "Directory Name?" prompt, and you could then press SPACE 
with dots 2-3 to move up directory levels.  If at the "Directory Name?" prompt 
already, you obviously don't have to get to it from the list.
