Yes, it is clear that there are individuals on this list who don't
understand that a microphone is hardware.  No piece of software
whatsoever will magically provide the Braillenote with a mike.

Maybe it's too early for me to be posting, but wouldn't that require a
major hardware upgrade?  After all, as far as I know, the only way to
record voice or use voice dictation is with a microphone, which the BN
doesn't have.  Most of us had to send our BN's in for that first major
hardware upgrade a couple years ago, and I'm sure most would not be in a
hurry to do it again unless it proved absolutely necessary.
