Riana,
I found the context help to be vague in some cases and especially in the file area. I wanted to learn a bit more about how to work with files. I found that section very general. Not helpful at all. I found the area on writing with the word processor very helpful. It listed the commands and I was able to get out of the problem situation i was in. so yes, some of the context help is useful and some not. they really need to work on the file area. I think another area is the memory area. I had all kinds of trouble figuring out how much memory a machine had and how much was used. I bet this comes under the file area as well.

Dear List,

The context sensitive help in the bn family really is the best I've come
across and if someone doesn't have time to study the manual in its
entirety, you will be able to get almost everything done by pressing
that command where-ever you are. I didn't have any training
what-so-ever and could confidently use all the features for my regular
needs, which includes basically everything apart from active sync,
formatting and printing and the media player, within about a week of
fiddling around with the unit after hours.

The list is a bonus of all members' combined experience on every level.

Riana
