Chris, when you are in the selection list for address list, on any-one of the fields, just press enter in stead of e.g. the beginning of the last name and you will be told x records selected, where x is the total number of records in your address list. If you do not want to use all records at that stage, just press space with z on a bt, or the equivalent command on a QT and you'll be returned to a previous prompt. Regards Riana
