Hey Donna, Go into the speech menu by entering the options menu by hitting space with o (function with o) followed by r. The second option is in regards to punctuation level. You choose a number between 1 and 5, with five including the most punctuation. Simply type the number you wish to have this setting set to. The next option is in regards to numbers. You have two options here, words, or digits. hit d for digits, or w for words. Hit inter to make your selection final. You can then exit. HTH, Laura
