Hello Lisa, Your url is correct! I just went to the page with my computer and I saw the spot for downloading the 6.1.1 key. right underneath, I saw a listing of all the wireless cards that work with the bn family. So, no, nothing has changed. Lisa, I think you should give consideration to owning a computer and set it up to operate under DOs. I have such a beast and I use it for email. I don't try using my notetakers for this. I can see all the frustration you're experiencing. I know you've spent a lot of money on this, but there're factors working against you. I don't know what they all are because i am no computer expert, but I do know that having a computer helps a lot. I hope you will give this some thought. Isaac
