Hello folks,

Recently, we have been trying to track down the cause of the email problem
where the contents of the email headings don't appear to be retained.  While
we have a number of theories regarding this issue, we require some
assistance from you, the customers to narrow this down.

If you are experiencing this issue, please answer the following questions:

1.  Who is your internet provider?

2.  Is every email blank or are the emails blank from a certain point in the
list of emails in your inbox?

3.  Does this problem seem to be dependent on the quantity of email in your
inbox?

4. Are there any patterns as to when the problem of email  containing blank
headers occurs that you've noticed, i.e. email from certain people, certain
key presses etc?

5.  Have you found a way to resolve the problem so that the email headers
are shown in the normal manner in KeyMail?

6.  What version of KeySoft are you running?

If this problem is currently occurring on your BrailleNote and you have no
confidential emails in any of your email folders, we would also be
interested in receiving your email folders.cdb file, which can be found in
your KeyList folder on the flash disk.  If you do wish to send us this file
to assist us and you're experiencing this mysterious bug, please do not try
to resolve the problem in the short term before sending the cdb file to us
as this would defeat the purpose of sending the file.

Please send all correspondence to me regarding this issue, off the list so
as not to clutter the list with unwanted traffic.
