Taylor: I just ordered the Nokia 6600 myself and am having the Talks software installed on it. I went this route because Mike May of Sendero not only recommended it but that he uses one himself. I have been told that if you set the IR port of the phone as a modem that it will work very well with the Braille Note. I also understand from an earlier note from Jonathan that this is much faster than the conventional connection through a serial port and cable.

I just ordered a nokia 6600 phone and plan to purchase the talks software for it in the near future. I have on several occasions heard of people using the infra-red port of the braille note with that of a cell phone to access email and the web. My question is does anyone know if this is possible with the nokia phones? I know my new phone will have blue tooth and infra-red ports. This will be an awesome thing if I can get both the braille note and my new cell phone to work together to access the internet.
